• Actively research and identify new partnership opportunities with companies, Recruiters, and Freelance HR folks & Build a strong network through targeted outreach and planning
• Scouting potential community members for our platform and engaging with them
• Inviting bloggers, experts, or other notable guests to contribute content to our podcasts.
•  Organizing & hosting events, workshops, and networking sessions for community members on LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram
• Conducting Market research on multiple subjects relevant to Human Resources, Recruitment and the Indian Job Market and preparing a list of it 
• Collaborate with external parties to publish an article, guest blog, and opinion piece
•  Help maintain blog & Promote blog posts on different channels such as social media, forums, and online communities
•  Regularly drafting and sending emails, taking continuous follow-ups of the same & Setting up meetings with relevant leads
•  Interact with the Corporate for Internship & Placement Activities
• Podcast guest management & Create graphics from templates using Canva and Adobe Spark
•  Attracting a new audience or creating more engaging content
•  Pitching and inviting brands to promote themselves through our podcasts

Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available & who can dedicate 2 hours per day for this internship
(i.e. 48 hours of work monthly)
2. can start the internship immediately
3. are available for a duration of 3 months
4. are very active on social media
