Design and convert business requirement to software requirement. The candidate will be responsible for system automation. Participate in the development of best practices, project standards, procedures, and quality objectives, including metrics for assessing progress.

Interact with customer to understand their requirement, give a solution for the requirement and convert the solution into technical document for development.
Should be able to understand business perspective of customer requirements.
Negotiate with customer regarding requirement scope.
Understand the Software Development Life Cycle and develop an understanding of current products and technology in order to design and implement solutions to meet the business needs.
